Privacy Policy
Valo LFG stores Discord user and guild identifiers needed for configuration, LFG lifecycle, abuse prevention, reports, and optional account linking.
Optional account data
Discord-linked Riot connection metadata is retained for up to 30 days. Discord OAuth access tokens are revoked and discarded immediately.
Tracker rank lookup
When a linked user opens /account, the bot may send that user's displayed Riot ID to HenrikDev to request public rank data. The bot never receives or sends the user's Riot password or Riot login token. Tracker rank is unofficial and may be missing or stale.
Public account label
While the connection is fresh, a Riot-connected-to-Discord label may appear on that user's public LFG cards. It does not verify VALORANT rank, and requested LFG rank remains a preference.
Presence
When enabled, the bot processes only VALORANT activity for users with a live LFG post. It stores party size, a coarse lobby or match state, and timestamps. It does not store activity secrets, button URLs, or raw presence payloads.
Control
Run /account and choose Disconnect and delete to remove optional linked-account and presence data. LFG works without linking.
